Why on earth did this take so long to sort out? Anyway here is the full statement from the RBS.
Bonuses are now deferred awards. But never bonuses. Deferred awards. That aside this is progress - the emphasis on sustainable growth and not rewarding failure are exactly right. But it took so long to get here.
This also took a while to arrive. The Bel Tel are now posting up that banned DoE ad - beaten to it by QUB radio (and everyone on the internet). Ho hum.
PS. Way to go Prezza (or the 19-year-old researcher posturing online as John P)! People power in action all right.
